The goal of programming for gifted and academically talented students in Spring Valley School District is to:
- Stimulate, challenge, and encourage them to achieve maximum growth for their personal development and society’s benefit.
- Enrich their experiences beyond what is offered by a regular standards-based curriculum.
- Provide a differentiated curriculum for gifted and talented students across all grade levels in each of the learning areas.
- Meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of the gifted and talented students.
